Poyen Gono have been our real estate agents since we purchased our first home in California. Four years later, we returned to them again, this time to help us sell the same property. We are very grateful to have Poyen for being our real estate agent to sell our house. She handled everything from planning and remodeling to open house with great professionalism. She is always there to communicate friendly. She helped us on remodeling, color paint, market value and finally we got a great price.

Poyen was my realtor when I sold my home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She dedicated an incredible amount of time and effort, and her genuine care throughout the process helped keep me calm during stressful moments. She was professional, empathetic, and always took the time to answer my questions. Most importantly, she never pressured me and consistently offered thoughtful guidance and support when I needed it most.
