We’ve been inside 520 North Lake Harbour Road, Lakeview, PEI several times when we knew the owners, so this is based on real personal experience. There was always a strong musty smell, and we saw what looked like mold in different parts of the house. It didn’t feel like a small issue — more like something deeper going on with moisture. Just a heads-up to anyone considering it: please get a serious independent inspection before buying.
