They do not answer your calls. We called 4 times n left 3 messages for the realtor who was doing showings for the rental we wanted to look at. At the 4th call we asked to talk to any living breathing realtor at the office...another realtor took the call n we arranged to tour the house... The house was filthy , dirty not clean. The realtor couldn't answer any questions related to the house...n when he tried to get in touch with the agent in cuestión he didn't even answered.
