Absolutely terrible.
Leased a property that was managed by Shonette who is an employee of this company! During our stay there the furnace stopped working for a week in the middle of November, the washer stopped working twice and the dishwasher was also not functional for almost a month during which we stayed very understanding and patient. And in return not only did they take out an extra month’s rent by mistake after the lease was over but they dealt with the situation with horribly. Horrible company to deal with! No one gets back to you even for a serious matter! Avoid dealing with at all cost!!!
I was a realtor at this office. I left the office gave 30 days notice and the broker failed to pay me outstanding commission as per our agreement. The matter is now at court. Would advise to think wisely when dealing with this brokerage.
