Gross mismanagement!
I tried getting a question answered on a Maui vacation rental for about a week. First through VRBO and got a automated reply. Then sent follow-up messages asking for a response, and receive ZERO reply. I then tried calling thier office where calls went directly to voice mail. Again , I never got s call back. Lastly , I emailed them and as of today ZERO reply. If I owned a property and the company I hired to manage it did this. I'd be furious and fire them . Absolute lack of communication and oversight.
