I rented a property for a year and a half. When I moved in, the house was dirty as they just had the floors replaced. Sawdust everywhere. The driveway, couldn’t see it. 2 ft of packed snow, level with the road. I had to pay to get someone in to remove the snow. Couple hundred there. There were marks that were left on the master bedroom from a wall mounted tv I presume. Move out time, they are making me pay for the repairs on a wall I never messed up.
