I've been renting from Coldwell for almost 3 years now and will probably not rent from anyone again, Jessie Wyatt is our agent we been dealing with and she is an absolute sweetheart. Any issues with the property and they have it fixed pretty much the same day, I had a gap between jobs and they were not only understanding about it but they will do everything to help. A++ Service!! Kim Stanley was an amazing help through the entire purchasing process. I have an extremely busy schedule (12hr shifts, 6 days a week), she found exactly what I was looking for, was extremely accommodating and helpful due to short closing/possession window (<2weeks) and was extremely thorough and quick to respond with multiple changes being required throughout the duration. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to by in Fort McMurray.

Trying to rent from Jessie and her team felt like high school very snoty and rude . I fit all the criteria and was given no reason to be turned away. Even had the entire year of rent up front . So rude would never recommend now going through this . And places where so dirty
