A++ Service!! Kim Stanley was an amazing help through the entire purchasing process. I have an extremely busy schedule (12hr shifts, 6 days a week), she found exactly what I was looking for, was extremely accommodating and helpful due to short closing/possession window (<2weeks) and was extremely thorough and quick to respond with multiple changes being required throughout the duration. Trying to rent from Jessie and her team felt like high school very snoty and rude . I fit all the criteria and was given no reason to be turned away. Even had the entire year of rent up front . So rude would never recommend now going through this . And places where so dirty
