Their sprinklers out front cause a huge amount of water runoff due to overwatering. The runoff literally traveled 0.6 miles all the way down 66th to cross Quaker Ave. See attached pics from today. Massive waste of resources and gets everyone's cars dirty. I will never do business with Coldwell in any capacity.
Reviews 2 yrs ago are 5 star ratings. Obviously customers (tenants) are not the priority like in the past. Property owners and property management won't make money without tenants. Coldwell should be reminded of that. Application lost. Future tenant being lead to believe move in was possible untill the very last minute. Not accepting any responsibility.
