Everything went smoothly until an unexpected change of realtors. My replacement realtor had an extreme lack of communication and genuinely did not give af. Meeting at the new house to hand over keys was exactly that, and was extremely evasive and non commital to any questions I asked, less than pleasant experience. Any follow up questions I had I was referred to the sellers realtor.
