Very unreliable and poor customer service We have visited the Lakes Region of New Hampshire each August for the past 5 years. Our first year we found a house to rent in the exact area we wished to stay. The house was perfect for us. We spoke directly to the owner, who put us in touch with Coldwell Banker Old Mill Properties. They were so accomodating and worked with us. good service When out shopping for you home they are the ones to count on tell them what your looking for and they work hard to find something that will suite you when dealing with them they were very helpful since i made them show me more than 20 houses every time they were happy to assist me
No Go! We have had several bad experiences with this office and the agent's that work there. Not very knowledgeable agents as well as downright lazy i.e. do not want to work after 4 P.M. or on the weekends.
