I have used Coldwater Self Storage for over 25 years. Although I believe the company changed ownership, the quality of the facility remained the same, if not better. The resident managers communicated with me if there was ever an issue, and most importantly, I felt their prices stayed reasonable over all of the years that I rented a unit. When I moved to a new area outside of LA, I expected the prices for a storage unit to be cheaper, but they weren't. I am amazed how nice, understanding, and helpful people who work there. Anna is absolutely incredible person I’ve known. Their prices are low compare to other storages, and the service they provide is the best. Highly recommend this place for short or long term to secure your belongings.
As usual, clean and good. The only downside for this place, it's expensive.
I've had a unit here for 15 years and it has always been great with only a rare rate increase. Great customer service and a clean facility. Highly recommended!
