Excellent doctor and office. I don’t understand a couple reviews below. Dr Lance is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Smart and caring. Always listens and suggests a treatment. I’m never rushed out the door. His office personnel are always reachable and very friendly.
I hate the fact that after doctor Ives passed, the new doctors were not taking new patients, and they are not near as caring as doctor Ives was. Ontario's healthcare has gone down significantly and these new doctors are just blood sucker's!
Dr Lance was extremely knowledgeable and social and outgoing. And didn’t make me cry
This office has gone down hill since new doctors have taken over. The main focus used to be taking care of their patients. Now its all for the money. Its a shame.
