How about refunding me for the $200 gift card that we purchased in the store and never used because the sales associate didn’t tell us the gift card was not valid online even though we told him we would be purchasing online because the store did not carry talls. The store is now out of business and I am stuck with a $200 useless gift card. My bank will not reverse the charge. Can’t even get a hold of anyone to try to get this resolved
How about if you pay those women who returned merchandise & haven't been refunded the charges made to their Credit Card??????? How about if you refund the charges you made for merchandise you never sent?????!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered during their close out sale. They gave me a confirmation order number, withdrew the money out of my account and did not send me my items. The website no longer recognises my account and tells me I have no order history. The phone number is no longer in service and I have sent three emails to them requesting my money back with no response.
