I recently visited Coldwater Creek Spa to receive my first facial. The experience was absolutely phenomenal. I arrived approximately 20 minutes prior to my appointment to enjoy the full pampering experience. It made the greatest difference in the world. I honestly have never been so relaxed in my life. I love this spa! It's the best spa in the area - by far. The staff is great, they take are super customer friendly and take great care of you. Don't let the fact that the spa is in a mall fool you. The spa area is much bigger than it appears from the outside, and very nice - well done. Calm, clean, quiet - I had a great massage and unusual pedicure - unusually great. You're lying down through the whole pedicure - I fell asleep and woke up with perfect nails and so relaxed and happy. I'm so thrilled, I can't wait to go back.
