I recently had work completed by, and am so pleased and impressed with the work done by Coldwater Building & Renovations. I needed wood rot repair on a back door, and a new railing installed at the front steps. Jim provided quick responses, a clear & true estimate, was on time, and did thorough & professional work. Jim is reliable, trustworthy, and a great communicator. He's also well versed in remodeling/construction aesthetics and requirements. He was in charge of an extensive home remodeling for me: Adding over 1,200 sqft of living space; enhancing the roof lines; and completely re-bricking the entire house. Simply put, he did an extraordinary job with a particularly challenging project.
