I have never had a good experience with this company but they have monopolized the city pf cold water so that you have no other options. There policy of needing to know and have everyone in your homes information so they can put them on the account to hold them responsible for the bill in my opinion is a blatant violation. I have recommended my family members to move out of the area and take their business investments with them avoid them and seek property they are not associated with.
We lost power at 630pm and it was back on by 10:30pm on a Sunday.It takes a lot of people being off on Sunday to work.My blessings are with you all for doing a great job. Thanks to all that was evolved.May GOD bless all of you
