Husband asked for large item pick up, when paying our electric bill. He explain even though address is one street, driveway is on other street. Due to living on a corner. Made sure put item out Thursday evening. By Friday afternoon item still there. I call CBPU and was first told that they already picked up the item. The receptionists here were kind and pleasant to speak with. They provided knowledgeable answers to my questions and were receptive to my inquiries. Additionally, they send reminders and are proactive in reaching out if needed. Credit must be given where it's due - a 5-star rating!
They can't keep the internet up and running , for the last 3 days it keeps going in and out all day long. We should get discounts if it's going to keep it up. really need to work on it
