Love how Beth is intuitively guided to assess what your body truly needs. I was on allergy medication & sinus spray for 15 years and within a week after following her guidance I was able to go off of my allergy meds & sinus spray as well as digest foods better! I had an persistent infection that MDs over many months had treated with over the counter and 2 different prescriptions to no avail. Beth gave me an inexpensive natural remedy that healed the infection in a few days. I was then examined by my MD who said I no longer had the infection. 5+ stars.
I had a reflexology by Theresa and it was wonderful! Fully recommend it and I am planning on going again!
