Stay away! Biggest scam. Charged over $1000 and my freezer is still not fixed. They do not warranty their work. They want to charge me another $350 before they will even come back out.
These guys are incredible. Couldn’t recommend Amanda N, Jake F and the whole team here more, they are the absolute best to work with. Always reliable, on time and always work out a solution for us!
Great experience with ColdTech Refrigeration. The office staff was friendly and easy to work with, and their technicians are knowledgeable, professional. Excellent communication and service from start to finish. Highly recommend
Spent 2.5 hours but billed for 6.5. Have the security camera footage to prove it. They said I could talk to the owner before invoice then they auto charged my card on file from prior service. They said the work would take 2 hours then quoted me over $2200 for the fix. Worst service ever. Beware!!! I would give 0 stars if that was possible. This is the second time they have done this to me. Shame on me for not learning my lesson.
