Update as of Nov 2025 - I visited only for the sugar free vanilla and then I was told it was too frozen for them to scoop. I can only blame myself for forgetting why I stopped coming. Ice cream is good because of the franchise but the service here is horrible. A few weeks after they opened I placed an order prior to going into the store and when I was able to walk out I realized something was missing. I visited Cold Stone instead of Publix next door because it’s our local ice cream spot. I could have gotten more ice cream and all the toppings for half the price or less at Publix. However, I decided to go to Cold Stone. I asked a young lady to put less caramel and fudge in my ice cream. She deliberately over-excessively put too much. I repeatedly told her that the size of the ice cream was wrong, but she ignored me. I was there on 10/18 around 1730. I forgot to ask for her name but the short blonde girl at the counter was amazing. 10/10 customer service and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!!!
