Great customer service from the workers. The icecream was creamy. Very satisfactory service
I visited Cold Stone instead of Publix next door because it’s our local ice cream spot. I could have gotten more ice cream and all the toppings for half the price or less at Publix. However, I decided to go to Cold Stone. I asked a young lady to put less caramel and fudge in my ice cream. She deliberately over-excessively put too much. I was there on 10/18 around 1730. I forgot to ask for her name but the short blonde girl at the counter was amazing. 10/10 customer service and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!!!
I got scammed I ordered medium cup and they hid a small cup inside the medium cup filling it up hiding the smaller one having me pay for a medium when it’s small
Just attempted to go and it says online and on the door it closes at 10pm. When we went it was definitely not opened and the red open light sign was off. Didn’t see anyone inside.
