Great location and experience in this Coldstone. Attentive and helpful workers.
I am a regular at this cold stone. But most of time I go into this cold stone I am met with Austin and he is the WORST!!! He has an attitude and acts like I am a virus walking up in the store!! As if I am a hassle and interrupting his day. Disgusting behavior and something needs to be done about him. And I don’t understand why other employees are wearing hats and most of the time he doesn’t. Gross. Do not come here! The Cold Stone in winter garden is better save your money
Update as of Nov 2025 - I visited only for the sugar free vanilla and then I was told it was too frozen for them to scoop. I can only blame myself for forgetting why I stopped coming. Ice cream is good because of the franchise but the service here is horrible. A few weeks after they opened I placed an order prior to going into the store and when I was able to walk out I realized something was missing.
