Coldstat is my go to place! They have repaired, replaced and re-designed stores for me. The office is very attentive, the onsite technicians are very knowledgeable and their overall company is fantastic to work with. I own a Butcher Shop with 5 walk-ins and 5 deli cases and keeping them at the proper temperature is crucial and Coldstat ensures they are all perfect. I would highly recommend Coldstat to everyone
Zero customer service skills. Poorly run company. Apparently the business can't function if its hot out.

Terrible customer service.
Do not use ColdStat to repair a KolPak Walk-In! I called ColdStat to repair the heat wire on my 4 year old KolPak Walk in freezer in November of 2021, October 2022 it needs to be replaced again, June of 2023 it needs to be replaced again. The gasket for the door was cut and therefore installed improperly in June and again in July of 2023. The heatwire malfunctions AGAIN in December of 2023.
