Terrible customer service.
Do not use ColdStat to repair a KolPak Walk-In! I called ColdStat to repair the heat wire on my 4 year old KolPak Walk in freezer in November of 2021, October 2022 it needs to be replaced again, June of 2023 it needs to be replaced again. The gasket for the door was cut and therefore installed improperly in June and again in July of 2023. The heatwire malfunctions AGAIN in December of 2023. ColdStat suggests a $4000 repair which seems absurd to me and so I get KolPak directly involved, my unit was under warranty yet ColdStat... read more
Horrible, shoddy, work. The owner refused to repair properly. Avoid these clowns like the plague.
Poor customer service and they do terrible work. Don’t hire them.
