Normally great service, however something has happened recently and the distribution end it doing a terrible job. Product shortages when more than enough is listed as in stock. Delivery prefference given to new buisinesses over long standing customers. Poor condition of products that are received. My business has used Coldstar for a very long time and we are now actively looking for an alternative. STOP AND END RACISM. I wish I could put a negative star. The lady at the front desk is rude and racist. She carries an attitude and doesn't even bother to interact with a driver who was waiting for a dock for almost 2 hours. Also, she was letting other drivers in who were behind him. *This experience is not the first time happened with. Management needs to address this issue seriously.
