Lazy and rude staff. All they do is leave the pallet at the door. They don’t even unload the stuff.
I was there for pickup. The old lady who is receiver or shipper have no manners to how to talk to others. May company address this issue seriously. She dont even listen and guide to new drivers. I think the contactors of this company or clients or delaers also take this issue seriously. No racism needed in Workplaces
Normally great service, however something has happened recently and the distribution end it doing a terrible job. Product shortages when more than enough is listed as in stock. Delivery prefference given to new buisinesses over long standing customers. Poor condition of products that are received. My business has used Coldstar for a very long time and we are now actively looking for an alternative.
