Poor communication and service. Over 18hrs to get unloaded! I would be lied to every time I asked for an update or status. NO respect or regard for drivers and their time. They were dismissive when informed that I would be late to my next stop. Certainly not a way to run a business.
Check in at the gate by intercom, park on the site, wait for a dock assignment, they’ll let you know a door number. Pretty quick loading. Remote area.
