I visited the company for cargo unloading. Overall, the unloading process went quickly and smoothly, which was pleasantly surprising. However, I encountered a serious issue with security. Despite arriving at night and being forced to park due to the extremely heavy load, with the trailer axles extended, it was technically impossible to turn around and leave in that area. If u arrive before ur app time, its totally on shippers mood to load u or not. Overnight parking available. Tight driveway.

They don’t load the driver after 2pm or your 10 mints late and they leave site at 3pm
