If I could give zero stars I would. After my mom passed in August of 2021 we ordered headstone and vases to match. They Arrived 8 months after the funeral with wrong sized vases. We have been trying for months to get the correct vases. Cold Stone “won’t talk to families” directly, only the funeral home. So families are left stuck in the middle.
