Quick response and truly above-and-beyond service. Freddy took the time to thoroughly explain everything, including why certain issues were happening, and encouraged me to ask questions throughout the process. I never felt pressured or upsold, which gave me a lot of confidence and trust in his recommendations. His professionalism, knowledge, and customer-first approach are best in class. I highly recommend Freddy and Cold Solutions to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service.
