We bought our 1st home in 2020. I knew Freddy from college and I knew i could trust him, his family business, his team, his work ethics and his expertise to maintain and work on our A/C unit. We are now in our 2nd home, and Cold Solutions does repairs, advise on best choices, does maintenance on our current A/C units, they installed the Nest, and also covers my parents home as well. Fredrick and his team are amazing at what they do. I love my new system and I’m so comfortable at home now. I also love having peace of mind in this hot city and knowing that if anything were to fail, I can count on Fred and his team to come to the rescue. Cannot recommend them enough.
They never come back. Paid for 2 years maintenance that was 4 services only got 2. Never came back to replace outside motor. Had to pay 500.00 for inside fan motor. A service door kept falling off never came back and to fix it Ricky Esquivel
Cold Solutions replaced my AC unit two years ago, and everything has been working perfectly since. They’ve also been handling the regular maintenance, and the service has always been smooth and professional. The team is responsive, punctual, and easy to work with. I haven’t had a single issue with the system. Very happy with the quality and reliability. Highly recommend!
