I recently completed my build and couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. The supervisor ( Chris ) demonstrated professionalism, clear communication and genuine care for delivering a high quality result. The workmanship and attention to detail in my home was outstanding. We’ve been in our place for 5 months and are pleased with the outcome. Took a little longer due to COVID (industry wide issue and nothing to blame Coldon Homes for). Final product looks great and has been trouble free (very minor defects addressed without question or issue). Thanks and we would happily recommend to friends and family.
