I started looking for a new place about 60 days before my lease was up. Saw the house and instantly applied for it. The process was fairly simple. Ronica was amazing and she worked with my work schedule to make sure we got everything in on time.
I work a lot and have little free time but Ronica had me covered every step of the way. I ran into a little trouble with title clearance and she was right there to provide me with my options and help to navigate the very stressful situation. I am very grateful for her drive, her experience, and knowledge of the business! Thank you Ronica, you are appreciated.
Ronica and Shasta went above and beyond to help my grandparents. English is My grandparents second language and they showed so much patience and grace. They took their time to go over the lease and made sure they understood every section and answered all of their questions. I was totally pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely work with them again and can confidently recommend them to anyone who is looking for a realtor.
