Representative was condescending on the phone because I provided some size/word slightly wrong in my inquiry request. It could’ve been addressed more positively, we are all working and so what if two things were wrong. So sorry 60x60 isnt a circle.. I said it’s for a round table so you couldn’t figure that out? It was the last rude comment I was going to hear from her during that call. I put in the request “or whatever sizes are close to these”. Layne was the best! She was extremely helpful making the rental process so easy and was so friendly, as well as the other employees I interacted with. Fair priced rentals. No complaints here!
