This is my third experience on an unscheduled visit regarding reefer issues. Martin and his team took me in and resolved. Quickly back in service to meet pickup and delivery schedule. The knowledge these fellows have for trouble shooting is unbelievable. Thank you everyone.
Although the actual work and service was good,I'm disappointed that with all their experience in installing truck box heaters they should have known that the first pallet loaded on the truck would damage the line to the fuel tank and advise me to put some protection around it.Instead after a couple weeks trouble shooting a problem of it not working they tell me to put a protective plate around the line and replace the broken line,I feel they are the professionals ,and should have known this would happen beforehand.
