Randy was wonderful! After a quick trip to the mountains, my dog and I were headed back to Boulder but something was clearly wrong with my 02 Subaru Forrester. Randy quickly realized it was an axle, got the part for us, and had us back on the road a few hours later (in the meantime, my dog and I went on a hike from his shop and toured the old mining sites.) Randy was very efficient and his prices were extremely fair- I much preferred having him fix my car than any of my local car shops!

Randy provided first-class service. We were passing through Leadville with a broken alternator. He got right on the job and had it fixed over lunch. When the part failed (not his fault), he took care of it. His prices are reasonable and he's more knowledgeable than the service guys we spoke with at our dealership. He also caught a couple other inexpensive repairs (few dollars) that could have had long term consequences to our engine. He patiently explained his rationale and answered all our questions.
