This is a friendly invite to run away from ColDesi as fast as possible when it comes to buying their branded products, namely the G4 or DTF 4/2 head systems. After 3 years of G4 hell, followed by a limping at best, overpriced (gouged us greatly for a base model) DTF 4 head setup - our business and family has seriously suffered trying to rely on the advertised output, "low maintenance", & reliability of these machines. Where do I start this has been the worst experience with a product of my life. From their under trained staff who can't fix my issues to them ignoring emails and messages. I would run as fast as you can from buying this companies DTF machines. They are nothing more than rebranded Chinese junk. You can get the same machine on Alibaba at a fraction of the price. The customer service you get is second to none, the products they sell are top notch and their dedication to making you successful makes them stand out from the rest! I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I purchased a multi-needle commercial embroidery machine back in 2016 and the process went flawless. They were quick to answer my many questions, and since that time their support has been nothing but awesome. I appreciate that they respond promptly to any machine issues or software issues that I may experience. I haven't had any problem with the machine whatsoever, ( except user error). I fully recommend Coldesi for your custom apparel equipment needs.
Coldesi has been nothing but a scam since we bought our machines from them.... The customer service seems to know nothing that they are talking about and when you ask to speak to a higher up the individual that i spoke with also gave me the attitude instead of fixing the issue which is not a way that you are suppose to handle a concerned customer. I would never recommend ColDesi. While the product is great when it works, their tech support/customer service is absolutely terrible. We have a 9 month old $36,000 iUV 600s. Something must have not been installed correctly during installation because one day THREE print cables sprung loose during a job. Three at once! These cables should not have done that. I have been a Coldesi customer for over 7 years and truly love this supplier. I have bought 7 machines for my T-Shirt business from them. I buy consumables on a weekly basis as well. I have always been very pleased with their service. Their support after the sale is the most impressive.
One of the things I like about this company is their availability to clients and customers. Its not just about making the sale with this company. They really care and want you to succeed in your business ventures.
