This is a friendly invite to run away from ColDesi as fast as possible when it comes to buying their branded products, namely the G4 or DTF 4/2 head systems. After 3 years of G4 hell, followed by a limping at best, overpriced (gouged us greatly for a base model) DTF 4 head setup - our business and family has seriously suffered trying to rely on the advertised output, "low maintenance", & reliability of these machines. Where do I start this has been the worst experience with a product of my life. From their under trained staff who can't fix my issues to them ignoring emails and messages. I would run as fast as you can from buying this companies DTF machines. They are nothing more than rebranded Chinese junk. You can get the same machine on Alibaba at a fraction of the price.
