Where do I start this has been the worst experience with a product of my life. From their under trained staff who can't fix my issues to them ignoring emails and messages. I would run as fast as you can from buying this companies DTF machines. They are nothing more than rebranded Chinese junk. You can get the same machine on Alibaba at a fraction of the price.
