No one answers the phone and it goes into a message loop. Very frustrating when you're in pain
Absolutely a waste of time! The PA was clueless on PLMD which was SEVERE according to my study. If the Drs don’t treat this why is it on the sleep study and how can waking up 354 times a night not be something they treat? Save yourself the time and frustration and go to a practice that has the knowledge to support the findings.
Over the last 10 days I have called the office due to a billing issue 5 times and left a message and have not received a call back. This is not acceptable.

Office staff is rude and the doctor just doesn’t care!! Both very unprofessional; don’t waste your time not the medical care you need or want.
