I discovered my pop-up camper had a broken leaf spring as I left the campground, with a 4 hour drive ahead of me. Coldbrook Trailers & Equipment answered their phone promptly, said they would see what they could do to help, and followed through when I arrived. They evaluated the trailer as soon as their tech finished with his current project and had a new leaf spring on the camper within an hour, despite the backlog of scheduled work already onsite. I really appreciate the fast, friendly service. It saved my camping trip!
I have a small camping trailer built for offroad travel that's equipped with Timbren axle-less suspension. The wheels had developed an inward camber that was causing uneven tire wear. The fix was pretty straightforward but nobody local would touch it because the trailer did not fit the standard RV pigeonhole and most had no clue what axle-less suspension was. While doing routine maintenance on our wheel bearings and brakes, our mobile RV technician noticed the leaf springs were flattened and needed replacement. He was unable to work it into his schedule, so I called around and was highly referred to Jessi at Coldbrook. We live and travel in our 5th wheel fulltime, so scheduling shop time is tricky, but Jessi went the extra mile and was able to work us in on short notice.
