The coaches are kind and supportive. They take the time to explain things to you and help you build up your skills, and boost your confidence. The other members are also very friendly and positive. I felt nervous first going in, but felt welcome right away. So glad I made the choice to join.
Just started at Cold Storage CrossFit and I love it. Being a newbie can be intimidating but the coaches do a fantastic job scaling the workouts for your fitness ability. I would highly recommend this gym.
Cold Storage CrossFit is so welcoming. Everyone here is kind, friendly, supportive, and encouraging. I am new to CrossFit but thankfully there are always options to help me feel successful. The workouts are challenging and allow you to see your progress. I’m loving this new journey!
