I placed an order on the first via the website. The DoorDash driver called to let me know the flavor I wanted was not in stock, so I said to cancel the order. Realizing the driver probably didn't have a way of doing so, since it wasn't placed through DoorDash, I tried calling the store directly. It rang for several minutes and no one answered. Ordered a carmale apple from here and it was completely rotten on the inside.
It was so hard ordering. They didn’t know the difference between kitkats and recess. They then acted annoyed when we corrected them. The girl rolled her eyes and said something to the other guys. Just making the whole thing uncomfortable. Also when we asked for a waffle bowl instead of the cone like we had already asked we got some attitude. At the end we asked for spoons and apparently that was annoying too.
I have never had so many issues with an ice cream shop. For starters, I visited a few weeks ago and got 2 shakes to-go for my husband and I. I told the worker that I wanted a nutter butter shake for my husband – she said that they were out of nutter butter so I called him to let him know, and alternatively he wanted a reeces shake.
