Very helpful and courteous staff....she even went in the back to get me a pre packed pint of a flavor that wasn't out in the front. I had never purchased an ice cream cake from Cold stone before and she was patient and answered all my questions. Cake was delicious!
The waffle cone was soggy and stale, not crunchy at all. It ruined the whole experience.
The flavors tasted very chemical/artificial, like cheap syrup rather than real ingredients, and store owner behaviour was too bad.
I had a pretty disappointing experience at Cold Stone Creamery. Store owner behaviour is very bad with employees . I never want to visit this place again
