We’ve had great experiences at other locations, but unfortunately, this one was a disappointment. Had Cold Stone for the first time since I was a kid and I’m disappointed. The wait times, customer service, and quality of the ice cream were all lacking. There were at least five staff members behind the counter and only one of them was wearing anything resembling a uniform, the rest of them were just a gaggle of unkempt teenagers in street clothes. Great ice cream cakes!
We really enjoyed Cold Stone in the past. They have good ice cream and their ice cream cakes are one of my boyfriends favorite desserts. So when his birthday was coming up I decided to surprise him with one. I ordered the cake on the app a week before my boyfriends birthday. I went to pick it up on the day of and was told that they didn't have it and that the order slip must have gotten thrown away. The employee then asked if I needed it that day.
