Don’t trust them to take an order. Worst customer service anywhere. I placed an order and when I tried to pick up, nothing ready because I did not prepay. But when I placed the order they said to pay when I lll pick up. Manager was no help. Suggest to go anywhere else, but here. I had no cake for my daughter’s birthday because of their incompetence. They did not call on the phone number that I left at the time of the order to inform me that I had to prepay. Do not trust them!!!
I come in every Thursday with my daughter, and we’ve always had great service, most of the young staff are kind, professional, and generous with portions. Lately, though, one employee a young girl with long black curly hair has been noticeably unfriendly and gives much smaller servings than expected. Even my daughter noticed the difference. Some girl with blue hair was very rude giving us our orders. she didn’t tell us the m&ms were peanuts and my friend that was allergic to them had a reaction. she went to the bathroom to cool down and try to wear off the reaction, while in the bathroom they got locked in there. i told the worker and she just told them to open the door with her attitude.
Terrible service, some employee with black curly hair was extremely rude and gave me a completely different order than what I asked for. When I asked her to fix it she made the ice cream and slammed the cups on the counter and gave me a dead facial expression. What a nice waste of money. Won’t be coming back.
