ordered the banana caram crunch icecream. While the base flavor was fine, the almonds tasted spoiled or like they were old stock, which really affected the overall taste. Stopped by on a Friday for a treat for my 4 year old that had a rough morning appointment, with Cold Stone to look forward to afterward. We arrived and parked but were greeted with a locked door and hand written sign on the door that said closed, will return at 2:15. Thanks for ruining my son’s day even more than the doctor.
It was a cold wintry night. I was the only customer. I ordered 2 items. The employee did not know how to make certain items on the menu. So disgracful!
I got the cheesecake fantasy. It feels rather jaded after a couple spoons. Also the service wasn’t great from the server, just take your ice cream and leave me alone feeling. Hope, if you go, you get a better experience and flavor.
