I love cold stone so much they should literally sponsor me😂the short girl with the glasses who normally works night shift…I over the top love her she is so nice and patient even though I order the same thing every-time I come in LOL. But she is great! I always want her to make my ice cream wherever I come in!!
Rude staff, customer service terrible, and the attitudes were unpleasant and they didn’t speak when we came in but they spoke to the next customers who came in
Every time I see place an online order, IT IS NEVER DONE ON TIME. Previously when I placed an online order they were busy so I understood, but this time they crew was just being lazy and not wanting to work. I placed my order at 6pm and it said it would be ready at 6:26pm. We got there and it was completely empty. I even waited in the car for about 5 extra minutes.
