Young ladies were polite but did not seem happy, bathroom needed attention, ice cream was good but how do you work in an ice cream shop and not know what a hot fudge Sunday is? Young lady made valiant attempt to accommodate.
Absolutely terrible experience. This was, without question, one of the worst visits I’ve ever had to an ice cream shop. The place was FILTHY. The ice cream was carelessly made, the mix-ins were barely mixed, and the portions were much smaller than expected for the price. To make matters worse, the store truly did look dirty, with sticky counters and tables that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. OK, where do I get started? We have been ordering ice cream via Uber or DoorDash from here for the past two years. We have also been purchasing birthday cakes for my very large family (10 people) For the past two years. We’ve had no issues in the past.
