Ordered a bday cake for my wife as a child she didn't really have much of cake. I get there for pu and the writing looks like it was written by a child,no exaggeration. They at least tried to re do it but after waiting and waiting I left and came right back for pu and they then said the original cake melted so they got me another, not fully designed like the original cake was advertised online, and what was funny is that when she lmk about it she said they got me a new one free of charge. Coming from another state, you expect a certain level of quality and same flavor from franchises. I’ve been a cold-stone fan for years, and I’ve always ordered the same signature creation “Apple pie ala cold stone”. Today I was really disappointed with what I was given, it was not the same quality in the apples as before, they are nasty canned ones and they try to mask it with lots of cinnamon.
