Yum! I only come for the cake batter ice-creamdefinitely my favorite
Received our large group on a busy day with courtesy. Not everyone ordered something, and we weren’t made to feel unwelcome for that. Selections were appetizing and creative, and everyone who did order ice cream seemed to be very happy with it!
My wife and I stopped in a few weeks ago. First time at this location…and last. She has a medical condition that doesn’t play well with lots of sugar so she got Vanilla Lite (no sugar added) ice cream. It was…off. At first, the flavor and texture was so wrong that she thought it was tainted or expired or something as there were…chunks in the cream, like undissolved ingredients that hadn’t churned through right. I am very gluten intolerant and didn’t realize Coldstone had an allergy protocol. I saw a cross contamination concern and spoke up. They identified my issue and immediately began fixing me a new dish in a contamination free place. I am very thankful to the 3 students working in there tonight!
Ordered a bday cake for my wife as a child she didn't really have much of cake. I get there for pu and the writing looks like it was written by a child,no exaggeration. They at least tried to re do it but after waiting and waiting I left and came right back for pu and they then said the original cake melted so they got me another, not fully designed like the original cake was advertised online, and what was funny is that when she lmk about it she said they got me a new one free of charge.
