Mind blown. I ordered a shake on the Cold Stone website. They took my money, gave me confirmation. I walked over to get my shake and I’m told they do not have blenders and can’t make it for me. I’m also told that they can’t give me a refund and I’ll just “have to go back on the website”. The young gals in there were nice. Just teenagers. I am extremely unhappy with management though.
The cookie dough tasted like soap. 8 dollars and the cup wasn’t even full. Do your self a favor and go buy Ben and Jerry’s
I love the ice cream but the service at the Missoula location is slow as molasses. I dont.think they could make the desserts any slower....
If I could give them a zero star I would. I came to pick up a cake and ice cream for a birthday party yesterday 4/19 at 12pm. That is when they are supposed to open. The doors were locked and all the lights were off. I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for someone to open the store. Nobody came. I ended up having to go buy a cake and ice cream from Albertsons. The service was amazing here. They were attentive and super friendly. Would recommend over and over. Plus, ice cream, I mean what could be better.
