Felt so uncomfortable with the way one of the employees was dressed. Is there no professionalism anymore? I came expecting my order to be ready that my fiancé placed and the gal working blamed her coworker for not getting it done. Was supposed be done and I came in and 30 mins later they are just doing it they didn’t have whip cream or anything I asked for but said they just ran out but if would been done when said it would be they would have had it over all horrible experience and it is very sad that their customer service was so shitty they had the worst attitudes they had young girl there with shirt that was hanging way off her shoulder showing her bra strap and half the bra
I go to get an ice cream. A baby cone is too expensive
I placed an online order and ended up canceling it on August 26th. Every employee claims to have no knowledge of how to refund an online order. So here I am, almost a month later, with over $40 that I have still yet to receive.
We were at the Store in Missoula, MT on a Sunday evening. They were out of 3 of the major ice creams and brownies. There was only one person behind the counter. She said she was there only 2 weeks. When she came into work the three people who were working packed up and left her by herself with out any ice cream replacement or some of the condiments.
