The turnover must be high here. I’ve met some pleasant employees but the last month or two have only been unprofessional employees. There’s always a nasty sewage smell. The temperature was very hot and flies everywhere. The music had cussing and racial slurs. The most significant issue is the sanitation. They won’t start your online order until you get there. What’s the point? Every single time, I stand there waiting 15+ minutes even if my pickup time was 30 minutes ago. They don’t have lids and the people working have 0 training. I’ve tried so many times and I’m finally done coming here.
The new store manager openly and publicly states on social media that it is ok for disabled children and adults to be discriminated on treated illegally. Your ice-cream is great but I'll doubt I'll come in when you have this gem working or ever. Research who you Hire for supervisory positions in the future please.you guys have good ice cream. It just should be prepared by good people as well
They were not wearing gloves while handling the food. I watched the girl grab the reeses and put it in the ice cream with her bare hands. Then she put gloves on only to scoop ice cream. But took them off again for toppings.
