Ice cream was good but we went on 5/25/25 around 3pm and all the people on shift seemed to be annoyed that there were people there and they were rushing and I understand it was busy but my kids weren't able to get the toppings they wanted because they were rushing to put the ice cream into the cups. They were pretty rude and I had so much anxiety ordering and getting to the end of the line with my kids.

During my experience at the store, I noticed several things wrong. First, two of your workers were kissing in front of an ENTIRE line. Which in any company is AGAINST THE RULES!!! This is very very unprofessional and inappropriate. Not only that but they have my daughter a peanut butter topping, even though they told that she has a PEANUT ALLERGY, MULTIPLE TIMES. Got my order wrong then when they remade my “milkshake” it was essentially just milk. Threw it straight in the garbage. Waste of money.

Wasn’t greeted, wasn’t checked out, evidently wasn’t welcome here. I hope there is no manager here because you’re awful if you exist! Terrible staff

Another great franchise being ruined in Iowa. They are out of flavors early (I take the grandkids after 5pm) and the staff is less than helpful and they give you Iowa size scoops (Iowa size is much smaller than normal). It's funny how much nicer Coldstones in other states are than this one! The owner has to much money or this would not be happening
