The staff here is extremely disrespectful. They hire children who barely have manners and don’t know a single thing to customer service. Terrible place and needs to be shut down.

Horrible service. I was in the middle of my order and had the person go to the break room while my shake was mixing. I had to wave someone else down, they made a new shake, took my last part of my order and checked me out. They walked to the break room without making the last part of my order. I had to wait for another person to ask me if I needed anything. Very lazy & rude. The first part of my order was melted, along with my shake before my order was complete.
Ice cream was good but we went on 5/25/25 around 3pm and all the people on shift seemed to be annoyed that there were people there and they were rushing and I understand it was busy but my kids weren't able to get the toppings they wanted because they were rushing to put the ice cream into the cups. They were pretty rude and I had so much anxiety ordering and getting to the end of the line with my kids.
During my experience at the store, I noticed several things wrong. First, two of your workers were kissing in front of an ENTIRE line. Which in any company is AGAINST THE RULES!!! This is very very unprofessional and inappropriate. Not only that but they have my daughter a peanut butter topping, even though they told that she has a PEANUT ALLERGY, MULTIPLE TIMES.
