It was such a pleasure getting ice cream at the Valrico store. The two girls working there today were so friendly, polite, smiling and very helpful. I was confused with the sizes and they noticed and helped me get the right size cup. They provided fantastic customer service. Take care of them, give them a raise because they are taking care of the customers and business. It was refreshing. I wish I would have gotten their names.

Such a nice tasty experience. Very friendly staff and yummy ice cream. Prices are reasonable too.
Please don’t use the waffle cones the next day! Staff needs training on portion control. I won’t be visiting this location again — wasted my $13, most of it went in the trasH
I recommend this location to anyone who wants to try the silk dairy free milkshake. They took the time to make sure it was safe from cross contamination for me this evening, even though it was a busy time for them.
