The ice cream was very good. It was sweet. It was cold and it was everything I could ever ask for this is probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life thank you cold Stone
Four workers, all were extremely rude on there phones, zero customer service and were given looks from the second we walked in
Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. One employee with glasses and highlighted hair was extremely loud throughout my visit, yelling from the back of the store and making it difficult to enjoy my ice cream. On top of that, she was openly using profanity and gossiping with coworkers where customers could clearly hear. The behavior felt unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. May 8th, 2026 Excellent service. There was a woman and two young girls working. I went earlier this afternoon, such sweet workers! They were super friendly, patient and hardworking in the whole time we were there. The ice cream was great, and they kept everything moving fast while still being really nice to the customers. You can tell they care about doing a good job. Definitely made the experience better and I will be definitely coming back!
