Signed up for their dree account and got to use a BOGO coupon so that was great. However I was unable to redeem any points from the purchase as I used a coupon... But that's a comp ay thing. As for the place itself, the ice cream was half melted when it got put into my hand. 8 different ice cream cups were purchased and each one was melted... The staff were friendly and great. They helped with taste tests and little kids choices. So overall 2 stars cause the icream was melted and couldn't redeem points. 😅
Was there on July 12. Several younger girls working. When my husband and I arrived the place was empty but totally filthy. No place to sit. The tables not clean. Counter not clean. The back counter not clean. They didn’t have cones. They didn’t have bananas and I ordered the banana caramel crunch but with strawberries since the didn’t have banana. The ice cream was very good. It was sweet. It was cold and it was everything I could ever ask for this is probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life thank you cold Stone
Four workers, all were extremely rude on there phones, zero customer service and were given looks from the second we walked in
