Store is good. Ice cream is good. The 2 Mexican ladies that are working there today are suuuuper rude. “Are you gonna pay or are you going to take it for free” is what they said when I went to put the ice cream at the table we were sitting at. The store wasn’t even crowded. Behave with your customers or leave customer service!!
My husband and I walked in and stood for a couple minutes wondering where the staff was. My husband peered around the corner and saw two girls on their phones. Not a great start, but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe we were the first customers in a really long time! One of the two was kind but both didn’t really seem to want to be there. Which made us not want to be there. I definitely did have higher expectations. Disappointing:/ especially for the price…wish we went somewhere else for dessert
They don’t really mix in the mix ins. The just kind of throw them onto the ice cream and roll it into a ball. They gave me a rotten banana with my first ice cream.
Who eats ice cream in winter festival in Leavenworth, Wa? These girls! Love the ability to create your own flavor and it’s always a must stop by before you leave or if your just passing through. Shop and treat... that’s what I say! Staff is young, but friendly, fast and customer oriented!
