If you want the new peanut butter choco taco, DON’T come to the calimesa location! How are you not gonna serve the new popular item when you’re the only coldstone in this city. The cashier stated that it takes over 3 hours to make and she’s not coming in at 9am so it’s ready by 12pm when they open. Wow what an excuse, her suggestion was to go to the Yucaipa location because they will have it there. Won’t be returning here.
Placed my order online. Total was $44. Went to pick it up and was told my entire order had been cancelled due to not having an ingredient. Was told I was refunded however nothing has been issued.
So far, I’ve been to this location three times. Never disappointed. Fast service employees are nice and helpful.
Had great service here tonight (2/2) Eric helped us out and his overall presence was such a vibe, he was so friendly helping our kids pick flavors, even made a recommendation and our son loved it!
