The ice cream is delicious, but today’s service was very poor. The girl serving me was unfriendly and impatient. I had to ask her to add the cake piece in my Strawberry Blonde, and she ended up replacing it with peanut crumble. She also threw away the leftover strawberries instead of adding them to my ice cream. Great ice cream, but the service today was disappointing.
Alejandro went above and beyond my expectations! Absolutely come again
Not sure if the coconut toppings were old or frozen but I never had my ice cream with ice cold chunks. Called to let them know, and no one answered.
