Visited yesterday around 5.45 with friends The ice cream was amazing, but the service was very disappointing. The employee with short, twisted hair was rude, arrogant, and spoke to us in a disrespectful way, which really affected our experience. Great product, but the service needs improvement.

April 10, 2026 around 9:30 Pm! My friends and I entered the ice cream shop to loud and obnoxious music. The line was nearly out the door and employees were singing and dancing in our faces while we waited to get our order taken. my order was taken by a nice girl who made it fast. A blonde girl (I believe her name was Finnley) was being EXTREMELY rude to my poor friend who was trying to order her ice cream. blonde girl was repeatedly mocking high pitch voices to the point where I thought she literally had a mental disability ... read more
