I came in here and got the best customer service from A kid named Kamsi. He greeted me and gave me a great service. Keep it up Coldstone.
The worker Kamsi Onodu was polite and he made my ice cream very fast and efficiently. He made it so well that I had to give him a big tip.
I had an amazing experience with this cold stone when I went. Ice cream was delicious and the young man serving me named kamsi was very nice and made me feel like I was part of the cold stone family.
Love the employees here! I have not been to cold stone in years and the made me feel like family!!! Thank you!!!
I ordered a Gotta Have It(largest size before an entire pint),..spent thirteen freaking dollars. I get home and I got scammed it was put into a smaller cup (medium) then placed into the large cup. Besides the worker having a poor attitude I can honestly say this might be one of the scummier locations I’ve been to.
