I had an amazing experience with this cold stone when I went. Ice cream was delicious and the young man serving me named kamsi was very nice and made me feel like I was part of the cold stone family.
Love the employees here! I have not been to cold stone in years and the made me feel like family!!! Thank you!!!
I ordered a Gotta Have It(largest size before an entire pint),..spent thirteen freaking dollars. I get home and I got scammed it was put into a smaller cup (medium) then placed into the large cup. Besides the worker having a poor attitude I can honestly say this might be one of the scummier locations I’ve been to.
I went to the Ghent location in nordolk and had such a hard time ordering the exact same thing I order from them and other cold stones all the time. Im allergic to certain toppings and I was basically refused the toppings I normally get. I normally dont right bad reviews but this visit was absolutely ridiculous. I explained that I was allergic to certain nuts and that my order is mad in the back. The young man put my ice cream on the cokd board up front without cleaning it.
