A tall light skin guy with loose curls was disrespectful and rude and put hair in my ice cream. It was very disgusting unsatisfied one star.
The restaurant was at 100% capacity and the only employee working “Mike” handled the whole line and got us out of there in about five minutes. He was a great employee five star very satisfied.
Place was absolutely packed. There was only one guy and one teenage girl on shift. They handled the line very quick and fast despite the stressful environment. They were very clean and made sure to wash their hands behind every ice cream they made despite the rush. I tipped them both a $20 to split between them. Didn’t get their names but it was a girl with pigtails and a man looking to be in his fourties. Yall need to hire way more help or start giving out some raises.
Love some cold stone but this location seriously needs to spend the money and staff the store correctly. 3 times in a row on vacation I’ve tried to go here and ended up leaving because the line is so long and there is only 1 or 2 people doing everything trying to keep up.
The ice cream at Cold Stone, regardless of location, is always amazing
