I used to come to this Cold Stone about 3 times a week for over a year, but ever since they hired new staff, the service has gone downhill. The cashier, Samantha H, has absolutely horrible customer service—she was rude, throwing things around because she was upset, and gave me nothing but attitude. The new guy (long hair) doesn’t even know what’s in the orders and was literally asking customers what’s inside. Tonight during the storm, we stopped by this Cold Stone around 8:10 pm after our date night dinner, craving some good ice cream. A few days earlier, we had gone to another Cold Stone where I barely got a tiny piece of brownie in my mix. So this time, I asked my husband if we could try a different location—and I’m so glad we did. The manager here treated us wonderfully and made us the most delicious ice cream, with plenty of mix-ins. Appreciate Alexander for being so sweet everytime we go! It's one of our favorite spots cause she makes our cups just like we like 🥰🥰 shes very welcoming and the ice cream is always delicious 😋
