Service and ice cream are great, but place/shop needs a refresh desperately. Suggest new garbage can, tables and chairs. Maybe some air freshener and renovated restrooms.
Decided to stop by with my mom for a little birthday treat last night (May 20th) around 7 pm. We walked in and were greeted right away with a warm hello, and despite the line - we were helped super quick. The gal that was making our ice cream was absolutely delightful. She was friendly & made my entire night with her jokes! We got to use my BOGO coupon - no issues. Ice cream was perfection. Wonderful service!
First time coming here. Just left and so disappointed. The crew of girls are so slow to the point our ice cream was melting before putting it in the cup. She shoved it all in there and allow drips all over our cups. No bag to put it in and didn’t offer any napkins to us so now my car has ice cream all over. Typically stop by this Surprise location after the adjacent theater. Ice cream selections always great. My only concern about this location in the summer are the large west facing windows. This place gets so hot and stuffy! I walked in recently and walked right out because it smelled so bad. I thought the ice creams must be melting causing the bad aroma.
