I waited 5 minites for someone to start making a pick up order aftwe I was already in the store. Then the gurl starts making my order, steps ans starts making a different order. These kids needs training. You make 1norder at a time. Not start qork8ng on 1 and stop in the middle of it and start making another order for a person thay came in after me. Please teach these kids how to streamlines multiple orders
Terrible customer service. I was left waiting for a very long time, even though the employee at the counter was not doing anything to help me or get my order. She gave orders to other people who arrived after me, while I continued waiting and being completely ignored. This was extremely frustrating and felt unfair and discriminatory. So good, perfect cheat day place
It wasn’t bad, served a small tasty milk and Oreo shake. Weirdly I was served after 4 other people who came after I did, but it’s chill cuz I just came out from watching the Odyssey (good movie, missed a few things I liked from the epic sadly). All good though cuz it’s one of the employees birthday!!!
Love the ice cream but desperately needs a renovation. I've lived in Surprise for 20 years and it look exactly the same. It also needs a deep clean,windows floor the works. I'm a facilities manager and this place wouldn't place an inspection.
